Order Policy
1.All prices quoted are in Singapore dollars.
2.There is no minimum order.
3.Upon checkout, you will receive a confirmation on screen that your purchase and payment are successful.
4.You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.
5.Kindly include your contact details and addresses correctly. For orders with incorrect information, Sure Feel Good cannot be held responsible for the following errors:
– Incorrect delivery address/ postal code
– Mismatched delivery address and postal code,
– Incorrect contact number (for commercial building deliveries).
6.Any changes on the order or delivery information, please use the Contact Us Form or call us at 96222282 at least 24 hours before delivery.
7.For any customised order, we will require your approval before processing. Once approval is received, any request for alterations will be at our sole discretion.
8.Shortages and back-orders: We reserve the right to substitute items unavailable or out of stock. We guarantee that the replacement item will be equal to or of more value than the product advertised initially.
9.We will ship your item within 3 to 5 working days from the date of a successful purchase.
10.Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with an update.
11.For urgent orders, you may consider our 2-hr express delivery at a charge of $25. Please get in touch with us @ 96222282 to check the availability of this express service.
12.If the management feels the order is inappropriate, Sure Feel Good reserves the right to cancel any order and provide a refund accordingly.
13.We will charge a re-delivery fee of $10 for orders that cannot deliver at first instance. Please provide all the recipient’s contact details during the checkout process to ensure successful delivery.
14.We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as theft, loss or damage after delivering to the stated address.
15.Contact us via our Contact Form or call 96222282 in case of any damage. Report the damage within 24 hrs after receiving the box.
16.Should you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us immediately or call 96222282. Please note that cancellation and refund are at our sole discretion for the order accepted.
17.Refund / Exchange
-The request for exchange/ refund needs to reach us within three working days from the date of receipt of the item, stating your order number, the reason for exchange and a photo of the item.
-Refunds are only given for defective products that we cannot replace with the same or similar item.
-Any refund request will be treated on a case-by-case basis.

18.These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted by the law of Singapore.
